    DURING TREATMENT:

• Close your eyes and relax
• May experience a variety of sensations such as heat, cold, breeze, vibration, tingling, laughing, crying, floating, etc.

    AFTER TREATMENT: It’s helpful to...

•  drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to flush out toxins
• eat a nutritious, balanced diet
• reduce alcohol & cigarettes as much as possible
•  continue to follow doctor’s medical treatment
•  rest if feeling tired
• remember Reiki energy may continue to flow through you for 3 days after a session
• remember that Reiki treatment may bring up emotions and issues for you so be gentle with yourself

How do readings work?
First I prepare myself and then go into the alpha state which is the state just before you fall asleep. Then the connection is made to "Divine Source" which allows images, messages and sometimes those that have passed over come through. In this state I am able to tune into your past, your present and your future. Also your past lives may present themselves as well as guides. I find that whatever is meant at the time to help guide you on your path is brought to your attention.
