Who I Am

 I have been in the helping profession since 1990 as a Social Worker and a Behaviour Consultant supporting children and adults with special needs, as well as, their caregivers and other professionals. I have provided support services such as assmessments, developed behavioural programs, trained and taught workshops and support groups.

And through my own healing, I have re-connected to myself and higher levels of abilities which has helped me heal my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body. I have also found a new path that continues my passion in supporting and inspiring others.

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher registered with the Canadian Reiki Association. I have been practicing Reiki and Intuitive healing since  2008. I continue to be inspired in my own healing and new skills, as well as,  in my students and in providing service to others and to the earth.

I provide a combination of energy healing/intuitive modalities, behaviour support, mentoring and life coaching techniques that are personalized for the individual client as a means of supporting individiuals on their healing journey.
